Wonderful for doing what he wants to do for athletes and trainers: In addition to step by step instructions on different lifts, there is information on common errors made and drills to do to remedy those errors. Glenn Kettlebelo on Fit at I don’t do a workout based around kettlebells, but this book helped me identify and correct errors on the two exercises I use.
