I think what Umera Ahmed had here was an excellent plot line, a brilliant character and some really hard hitting realities of life.

Well, after reading Aks you will definitely be able to know about this confusing subject. Books by Umera Ahmed. Aks is a reflection and it was left for us to think who we are, the normal looking people with filthy hearts or the scary, ugly creatures with beautiful heart. The real touch and the Trauma she has explained that a child faces is so close to reality. Despite being a hardcore Umera Ahmad fan, I dropped this novel.
